Blueberry-Lemon Chiffon Tart

This was wonderful and I was finally able to try out my Tartine cookbook!  Tonight I did my daring cooks challenge and was feeling creative so I decided to make dessert as well.  I think this might just be my new favorite dessert cookbook!

1. Rolling out the dough. 

2. Separating it into four sections (this means more tarts to come!)

3. Making the lemon cream. 

4. It was really hard to not just eat the berries with the leftover lemon cream! 

5. Finally ready for eating!

The blueberries were the perfect compliment to the lemon! I loved everything about this one.  Next tart is going to have to involve bananas and a Nutella mousse!
